Q1: What is a chemistry session?
A1: It is a session where you can feel if the coach is a good fit for you.
Q2: How private are the coaching conversations?
A2: The sessions are 100% confidential.
Q3: Are the session in person or online?
A3: Both are available.
Q4: What is the recommended frequency for the sessions?
A4: It is recommended to have regular sessions: weekly or twice a month with exception during holidays.
Q5: How many sessions are needed?
A5: 6 to 12 sessions are recommended to go thought the different coaching stages, but it can be taken as two sets of 6 sessions. I also have a 90 min "Lazer Compass" session" that can be taken without package.
Q6: When shall I pay my sessions/package?
A6: After you chemistry session, you can decide if you wish to go ahead with the coaching and then you will make your payment.
