Hello, I’m Celine Foelmli,

Originally from Switzerland, I grew up between Lake Geneva and the stunning Alps, surrounded by nature’s beauty and a deep appreciation for balance and harmony.
Since 2002, Singapore has been my home. I arrived unmarried and without children, then built a family, a career and a strong community from the ground up. Along the way, I embraced new cultures and

created a life shaped by curiosity, connection and continuous growth.

In my practice, leadership is not a title; it is a state of being. It is a role you decide to embrace, or not, every single day.  I believe a leader is anyone who has the courage to lead by example, the vision to inspire others, and the discipline to master themselves first. Whether you are heading a global corporation, launching a creative venture or navigating a career transition, you are the leader of your own legacy. 

Leadership is about the authentic narrative and energy you bring to every interaction, decision and action, as well as the consistency with which you live your values. 

The Emotional Compass

Throughout my 25-year career spanning design, IT, corporate identity, marketing and coaching, I’ve learned that every chapter of life is interconnected. Our career, relationships, and personal well-being all shape the way we show up in the world.

In leadership, our emotions are the true compass. They guide our decision-making, our communication style, the way we deal with stress and influence how we connect with others. My work is built on Integrated Coaching, where we view you as a whole person. We don’t just look at your role or your goals, we look at your life as a meaningful, high-performance system.

I support individuals, executives, leaders, expatriates and creative professionals in navigating uncertainty with clarity and emotional composure. My goal is to help you stop simply "responding" to life and start intentionally designing it.

Together, we transform challenges into strategic opportunities, ensuring your actions, whether in your boardroom or your living room, are a true reflection of your values and intent.

My Approach

My methodology blends professional expertise with deep personal experience. Before transitioning into coaching, my career in branding and visual communications taught me how to express an essence to the world. Today, I bring that same clarity to individuals seeking alignment between their inner identity and how they show up in the world.

• NLP & NVC: Enhancing communication and resolving interpersonal friction.

• Somatic Well-being: Utilising breathwork and mindfulness to maintain calm under pressure.

A Life of Growth and Connection

As a long-term Permanent Resident in Singapore and and Vice President of the Swiss Association of Singapore, I am deeply rooted in both communities.
I am also an active member of the ICF Singapore Chapter and Toastmasters Club Singapore, where I continue to strengthen my communication, facilitation and public-speaking skills.
 

Outside of work, I love gastronomy, sports and outdoor adventures.
I find inspiration in meaningful conversations, time with family and friends, and the joyful energy of walking my two dogs.
To me, personal growth doesn’t start and stop at work, it’s a lifelong journey, nourished by curiosity and connection.
