Hello, I’m Celine Foelmli,

Originally from Switzerland, I grew up between Lake Geneva and the stunning Alps, surrounded by nature’s beauty and a deep appreciation for balance and harmony.
Since 2002, Singapore has been my home. It’s here that I’ve built my life and raised my family, arriving in Singapore unmarried and without children, I created a home, a career, and a community from the

ground up, embraced new cultures and built a life that reflects curiosity, connection and continuous growth.
 

Through these experiences, I’ve learned that every chapter of life is interconnected; our career, relationships, and personal well-being all shape the way we show up in the world.

And that’s the foundation of my work: Integrated Coaching, where we look at you as a whole person, not just your role, your job or your goals but your life as a meaningful system.

My Mission

I help individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, expats, artists, and leaders navigate change and uncertainty with confidence, clarity, and emotional balance, while supporting them in elevating their confidence, leadership presence and communication style to the next step.

Together, we transform challenges into opportunities and build meaningful growth, guided by self-awareness.

You may come to coaching seeking answers, but together we’ll uncover the right questions: the ones that reconnect you with your values, strengths and purpose. Because the path forward begins when you align with who you truly are.

My Approach

My coaching blends professional expertise and personal experience.
Before coaching, I worked in corporate identity, branding and visual communications, helping people and businesses express who they are.

Today, I bring that same clarity to individuals seeking alignment between their inner world and outer life.

I integrate:

• ICF Professional Coaching principles

• NLP, NVC and emotional inteligence.

• Cognitive biases and limiting beliefs

• Breathing work and mindfulness techniques to support emotional balance and well-being

This approach helps my clients move forward with confidence, purpose and a stronger sense of self.

A Life of Growth and Connection

As a long-term Permanent Resident in Singapore and a committee member of the Swiss Association, I’m deeply rooted in both cultures.

I’m also an active ICF Singapore Chapter member and VPPR Exco team member of the and Toastmasters Club Singapore, where I continue to grow, learn and strengthen my communication and leadership skills.

Outside of work, I love gastronomy, sports and outdoor adventures.
I find inspiration in meaningful conversations, time with family and friend and a joyful energy when walking my two dogs.
To me, personal growth doesn’t start and stop at work, it’s a lifelong journey, nourished by curiosity and connection.
