As I reflect on the past year of being in partnership with Core Collective, I am filled with gratitude and excitement. Core Collective is more than just a wellness hub; it’s a vibrant community where experts in health, fitness, and mental wellness come together to help people thrive. It has been an incredible journey for me, both as a coach and the founder of Compass Coaching, working alongside talented professionals to support clients navigating some of life’s biggest challenges.

Meeting My Clients at Core Collective
One of the most fulfilling aspects of working within the Core Collective space is the variety of individuals I meet. Many of my clients are at crossroads in their lives, often in career transitions, unsure of how to move forward or seeking new directions after years in one industry. Others are women returning to work after a career break, balancing personal identity shifts with professional aspirations. I also work with individuals managing relationship challenges, whether personal or corporate, those looking to manage stress more effectively, and clients striving for a healthier work-life balance.
At times, I meet clients who simply want to improve their quality of life but are unsure where to start. These conversations often lead to breakthroughs that open up new possibilities. Together, we define what “better” means for them and create actionable steps to get there.
Solving Problems That Matter
The problems I solve in partnership with my clients are deeply personal yet universal, and I address them with a long-term vision while providing short-term actionable steps. Career transitions are a major focus, whether someone is switching industries, starting anew, or feeling stuck, I help them map out a path forward that aligns with their unique talents and passions. Women returning to work after a career break often face doubts about their skills and how they fit into a rapidly evolving job market. Together, we work on regaining confidence, recognizing transferable skills, and setting achievable goals for reintegration into the workforce.
For others, managing stress is crucial. Many of my clients juggle high-pressure jobs, family responsibilities, and personal growth ambitions. I guide them in developing resilience and achieving balance so they can thrive without burning out. Whether it’s navigating personal or professional relationship challenges, I provide tailored support to handle these dynamics effectively, focusing on sustainable solutions.
Flexibility for Singapore’s Lifestyle
Singapore's fast-paced lifestyle often demands frequent business trips or leisure travel, which is why I offer flexibility in my coaching. Whether in person at Core Collective or online from anywhere in the world, I am committed to providing accessible coaching that fits my clients' busy schedules. This flexibility ensures that regardless of where they are, my clients can receive the guidance they need to stay on track with their goals.
Sometimes It Takes a Team
One of the unique benefits of working at Core Collective is the multidisciplinary approach we offer clients. I strongly believe that sometimes it takes a team to reach a goal. For example, a client recovering from a sports injury might receive excellent care from physiotherapists, but the mental aspect—dealing with frustration, loss of motivation, or fear of reinjury—can be just as critical. This is where coaching makes a difference. Supporting clients through their physical recovery, helping them maintain a positive mindset, and keeping their motivation consistent can be a game-changer.
A client, for instance, struggled with weight loss for years. Through the combined efforts of a personal trainer, nutritionist, and my coaching support, we aligned both the physical and mental aspects of her journey. By addressing not only her habits but also her mindset and emotional relationship with her health, we helped her achieve sustainable results.
A Space for Growth and Transformation
Core Collective has provided a space for people to find the support they need, and I am proud to be part of that mission. The environment encourages collaboration between professionals, which benefits clients immensely. Sometimes a conversation about career transition leads to a referral to a wellness expert for stress management or physical health. Likewise, someone recovering from injury might find their way to me for mental resilience and mindset support.
The diversity of clients and the range of issues I’ve encountered over the past year have been both inspiring and humbling. It’s clear that people don’t always know where to start when it comes to improving their lives, but with the right support network in place—one that addresses both physical and mental well-being—they can make incredible strides.
Looking Forward
As I celebrate this one-year milestone with Core Collective, I am energised by the journey ahead. I look forward to continuing my collaboration with the talented wellness experts here and supporting even more clients through their life transitions. Whether navigating a career change, managing stress, or finding balance between work and personal life, coaching offers profound opportunities for growth.
The impact of coaching extends far beyond the individual, it creates a ripple effect that transforms their relationships, workplaces, and communities. As clients gain clarity, confidence, and resilience, they not only improve their own lives but also inspire and uplift those around them.
Together, we can empower people to live healthier, more purposeful, and fulfilling lives, creating positive change that reaches far beyond the coaching conversation.
Warm regards, Celine Foelmli
