Coaching for Where You Are
and Where You Want to Go
What are you navigating?
Whether you're facing a challenge, making a decision, navigating change or looking to develop your potential, coaching starts with understanding what matters most right now. Explore the area that feels closest to your needs, or discover how group coaching, workshops and training can support your team or organisation.
ONE INTEGRATED APPROACH
Because no challenge exists in isolation.
Career, leadership, behaviour, emotional intelligence, creativity, relationships and wellbeing can all influence how we think, perform and make decisions.
This is why I use an Integrated Coaching approach. Rather than looking only at the challenge in front of you, we explore the bigger picture: who you are, what matters to you, what may be influencing your situation and where you want to go next.
My approach is grounded in ICF coaching principles and draws selectively on established coaching frameworks, behavioural insights, emotional intelligence, reflective inquiry and communication approaches.
There is no one-size-fits-all formula. The methods and tools we use depend on you, your objectives and what emerges through the coaching process.
REFLECT, PLAN & ELEVATE YOUR GAME.
My coaching process creates a clear path from awareness to action while allowing the conversation to evolve around what you need.
REFLECT
Understand where you are.
We move beyond the surface challenge to explore the patterns, beliefs, behaviours, emotions and circumstances influencing where you are today. Greater self-awareness creates the foundation for meaningful change.
PLAN
Define where you want to go.
We clarify what matters, explore possibilities and turn insights into meaningful goals and actions aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
ELEVATE
Turn insight into sustainable change.
We put awareness into practice, developing the behaviours, emotional intelligence, communication and strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence and intention.
Where appropriate, established coaching frameworks such as GROW help structure the journey from clarifying goals and understanding your current reality to exploring possibilities and translating insight into action.
ASSESSMENTS & TOOLS
Insight when another perspective can help.
Assessments are not about putting you into a box. When useful, carefully selected tools can provide another perspective, deepen self-awareness and reveal patterns, strengths and development opportunities worth exploring through coaching.
Depending on your objectives, we may integrate:
EQ-i 2.0 ® Emotional Intelligence Assessment
Explore the emotional and social competencies that influence how you understand yourself, relate to others, make decisions, manage stress and perform.
EQ 360 ® Emotional Intelligence Assessment
Gain insight into how others experience your emotional intelligence behaviours and explore potential gaps between intention and impact.
DISC
Understand behavioural and communication preferences and how you interact with different people and situations.
Enneagram
A self-reflection framework for exploring motivations, recurring patterns and different ways of responding to situations.
360 Workplace Feedback
Gain broader insight into behaviours, relationships and impact within the workplace.
The 6 Dimensions Compass ©
A Compass Coaching framework designed to help you step back, explore different dimensions of your situation and see the bigger picture before deciding where to focus.
PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY & CONFIDENTIALITY
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), my practice is guided by the ICF Code of Ethics. Confidentiality, professional boundaries and respect for the client are fundamental to every coaching engagement.
Ready to invest in what's next?
Coaching is an investment in your future, whether you are an individual, a leader or an organisation.
One-to-one coaching typically involves an engagement of 6 to 12 sessions, allowing time to move beyond immediate challenges, create meaningful change and build sustainable progress.
That is why I offer a complimentary initial consultation. It is an opportunity to understand what you are looking to achieve, explore how coaching could support you and, importantly, make sure we are the right fit to work together.
