Why am I EXPANDING MY EXPERTISE IN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO BETTER SERVE my Clients

For some time now, I have been coaching clients on Emotional Intelligence topics, helping them better understand themselves, navigate interpersonal relationships, decision making and lead with greater awareness and impact.
Recently, I added a new tool to my coaching methodology toolbox by obtaining the industry-recognised certification in the Emotional Intelligence Quotient assessment, the EQ-i 2.0.

The EQ-i 2.0 focuses on how we understand and manage emotions in everyday situations. Together with coaching It helps identify and grow your emotional functioning across five key areas:

👉🏿 Interpersonal
👉🏿 Decision Making
👉🏿 Stress Management
This new certification is an additional tool that complements other leadership and development assessments I already use in my practice, such as Enneagram, DISC, and 360 Workplace Feedback. Depending on the client’s objectives, these tools can work together to provide deeper insight, clarity and a more tailored development approach.
WHY IS THIS INTERESTING FOR COACHES AND THEIR CLIENTS?
Because emotional intelligence is strongly linked to leadership effectiveness, communication, resilience and performance. When individuals become more aware of their emotional patterns and responses, they are better equipped to make thoughtful decisions, manage pressure, build stronger relationships, and lead with confidence.
